A couple of observations and recommendations: (Google Translate)

1) Find in game folder this file game_en.qsp , copy it and then go to assets/standalone_content and paste there. You also must delete russian qsp file in standalone_content folder because only one file can be there.
2) Download this file then open the game folder and extract/replace all files.
